Setting Allergens

It is possible to set different allergens for products.

  1. In the main menu of the DISH POS Backoffice under 'Articles', click on the category "Products"
  2. Click the "pencil icon" next to the product. In the menu that appears, click 'product information'. Place a checkmark next to the relevant allergens and click "Save"
  • It is also possible to use the 'allergens' tab to check the relevant allergens next to the items.
  1. Go to 'General' and click "Transmit" under 'Stores' to implement the change.

When a guest now selects allergens on your QR order site, an icon of the relevant allergen will be shown next to the product.
